L'univers du travail, industriel ou tertiaire, est un des axes de recherche que poursuit David Mozziconacci à l'aide de l'image. À l’invitation du centre d’art image/imatge à Orthez, dans le cadre de la résidence « Écritures de lumière », il a développé un projet au sein d'une entreprise spécialisée de plusieurs milliers de salariés. La circulation des ateliers aux bureaux, la découverte de machines et d'objets troublants, les gestes sur lesquels repose la production ont constitué les éléments principaux de sa recherche. Le centre d’art le bbb à Toulouse a coproduit certaines images à l’occasion de l’exposition collective Et le travail ?.

The world of work, be it industrial or tertiary, is one of the areas of research in which David Mozziconacci is involved, helped by imagery. At the invitation of the image/imatge art centre at Orthez, as part of the “Écritures de lumière/Light Writing” residency, he has developed a project within a specialized company which has several thousand employees. Movements from workshops to offices, the discovery of machines and disconcerting objects, and the gestures on which production is based are all the principal factors in his research. The bbb art centre in Toulouse has co-produced certain images for the group show Et le travail ? [And Work?].
